These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of the website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Sniff Society (“Sniff Society,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing from us, or otherwise interacting with our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein or linked on our website.

Sniff Society reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting revisions on our website. 2.2. Non-Compliance.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without notice.

Section 3 - Modifications to Services and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 4 - Product Descriptions and Availability

4.1. Product Descriptions.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and information for all fragrance oils and materials sold. However, variations may occur due to differences in supplier batches, personal perception, and natural ingredient sourcing. Fragrance experiences are subjective; therefore, we do not guarantee that a product will meet every individual expectation or smell identical to another product or brand.

4.2. Availability.
Certain products may be available only in limited quantities or for a limited time. We reserve the right to restrict sales or discontinue any product at any time. Discontinued products will not be available once removed from the site.

Section 5 - Billing and Account Information

5.1. Account Accuracy.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and contact information. You are responsible for promptly updating your information to ensure successful transactions and communication.

5.2. Order Acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. Limits may apply per person, household, or account. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or billing address provided at the time of purchase.

Section 6 - Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery

6.1. Shipping and Handling.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on delivery method and destination. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external circumstances.

6.2. Risk of Loss.
All orders are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

6.3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, Sniff Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages under any circumstances. Ownership and risk transfer to you at the time the carrier accepts your shipment.

Section 7 - Refunds and Cancellations

7.1. Refund Policy.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of fragrance oils and raw materials, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason. We strongly recommend purchasing smaller sizes or samples prior to committing to larger quantities.

7.2. No Order Cancellations.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.

7.3. Missing or Incorrect Items.
If your order contains an error or missing item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the exterior and interior of the package. Upon verification, a replacement or credit may be issued at our discretion.

Section 8 - Chargeback Policy

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, contact us directly to resolve the issue. Chargebacks made without prior communication or for invalid reasons may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases;

  • Revocation of account privileges;

  • Legal action to recover associated losses or fees.

All content, including text, images, logos, and product information, is the property of Sniff Society and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Section 10 - Non-Compete and Resale Policy

By purchasing from Sniff Society, you agree not to use our fragrance oils, blends, or proprietary formulations to create competing supplier businesses, resell our oils as-is, or represent them as your own original creations. We reserve the right to restrict access or pursue legal remedies if this policy is violated.

Section 11 - Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Sniff Society makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or specific outcomes from product use.

Section 12 - Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sniff Society, its owners, affiliates, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or products purchased.

12.2. Jurisdictional Limitations.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for incidental or consequential damages; in such cases, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
