Shipping Policy

Our current lead time is 3-5 business days.

 

Sniff Society ships orders at our discretion via USPS and UPS. You will receive a tracking number when your order is preparing for shipment.

Orders that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered complete. Sniff Society is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after the carrier conveys a delivered status. It is the buyerʼs responsibility to then work with their local post office or UPS location to identify the exact location of delivery.

 

In the event of a returned package due to undeliverable location, customer refusal or incorrect address, Sniff Society will send the customer an invoice for re-delivery. If this is not paid, a refund on the purchase will be made minus the original shipment fee.
